The objective of the ambient cooling is to cool down the products coming from the oven to a temperature that the products can be handled by downstream equipment.
To secure high performance of the downstream equipment it is important that the baking pattern in terms of product lane and product position is maintained as much as possible, to avoid product migration between lanes.

In case factory space is limited the required ambient cooling conveyors can also be executed in a Z-shaped or a Paperclip-shaped conveyor configuration.
