When the product capacity is too large to be handled by one stencil creamer, the incoming product lanes need to be divided over the connected stencil creamers.
Via dribble boards and guided conveyors the product lanes are divided over multiple legs. Considering the width of the oven this section is often wide and in a conventional execution difficult to operate, clean and maintain.
Houdijk always composes its layouts in such a way that this wide section is prevented by using conveyors, with dribble boards and guides that are easy to access, remove and clean.
