Each section is dynamically speed controlled – via level sensors positioned over each lane – by an integrated control system, thus assuring an uninterrupted product flow and precise control of product back pressure.
The execution of the vibratory system guarantees easy tuning, minimal maintenance and swift recipe changeover.
The vibratory system contains functionality to automatically discharge any products lying flat underneath and/or standing on the side of the stacked products, avoiding these misplaced products to harm performance of the downstream loader.
Optionally, the vibratory tracks can be changed over without tools.
